About Me

I am Alaa El Banna, a Product Designer focused on UX/UI and building digital products that solve real problems. I combine user research, information architecture, and high fidelity prototyping to design experiences that are clear, intuitive, and purposeful. AI is at the core of how I work and think. I actively use generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, explore design directions faster, and challenge assumptions early in the process. I believe AI is not just a tool but a new way of thinking about how products are built and how designers can create more value with less friction. I think in systems, care deeply about user outcomes, and approach every project with a builder mindset. I am always looking for ways to use technology to make better products faster. I am currently pursuing a Master of Digital Media at Toronto Metropolitan University.
